How long does my order take to ship?

Pre-order items: After an item has been pre-order we send off all the orders to our manufacturer, once these items are ready to be sent to us, we will receive them and start packing orders as soon as we can, but as we are all volunteers we do have other jobs to get done before we can start the fun stuff!

We aim to send orders out within 1 -2 weeks of arrival to us.

After we have packed and sent orders out with AusPost, that’s now in their hands.

This is AusPost's estimated delivery times*:
WA orders - 3 - 7 business days
ACT orders - 6 - 7 business days
NSW orders - 6 - 8 business days
NT orders - 10 - 15 business days
Queensland orders - 6 - 8 business days
SA orders - 5 - 7 business days
Tasmania orders - 7 - 8 business days
Victoria orders - 6 - 7 business days

* Keep in mind these are all estimates and may take longer.

Do you offer international shipping? 

We currently do not offer international orders, but please email us at seagalsaustralia@gmail.com if you wish to place an order from overseas.

What is your return policy? 

Due to our community being so small and most of our merchandise is purchased on a pre-order basis. Returns won’t be accepted unless there is damage or a fault with an item you receive.

Items purchased in the wrong size, colour or style won’t be accepted as a returnable item.
